How this registry is built
- Manufacturer documents only. If a figure appears only on a dealer or retailer site, it is not here.
- Recorded as printed. Dimensions and charts are copied exactly. Where a maker's own documents disagree — a web table against a drawing, two revisions of a sheet — both figures are shown and the difference is pointed out.
- Maker's chart first. Where the manufacturer publishes a gauge chart, that is the chart we show; our geometric figure appears beside it only as a cross-check.
- Misprints flagged, not fixed. A chart row that breaks its own sequence is marked and left out of the stick reader.
Missing a tank you own? Tell us the maker and model; it is added when the manufacturer's own specification can be found.
Sintex (India)
Sintex makes rotomoulded polyethylene water tanks in India. Its March 2026 brochure lists 115 tanks: overhead tanks in 13 ranges, loft tanks and underground sumps. We copied every size as printed, and marked the rows where the brochure disagrees with itself.

Granby Industries
Granby Industries makes steel residential heating-oil tanks in the US and Canada, sold under its own name. Its 275 and 330 gallon UL-80 tanks are the obround (flat-sided oval) shape found in most basements, made for either standing upright (vertical) or lying on their side (horizontal).

Roth
Roth's EcoDWT plus 3 is a double-wall indoor oil tank: a blow-moulded polyethylene inner tank inside a galvanized steel outer tank. Because the inner tank is a moulded shape, not a box, its contents can't be worked out from the outside dimensions — Roth's own fill chart is the authority.

Norwesco
Norwesco makes rotomoulded polyethylene water storage tanks. The black and green vertical tanks are a cylinder with a domed or coned top on a flat base, with gallon marks moulded into the wall. Norwesco publishes dimensions and drawings but no inches-to-gallons chart.
All 120 Norwesco vertical tank sizes from the 2024 catalog — diameter, height and part numbers.

Snyder Industries
Snyder Industries makes rotomoulded polyethylene tanks. Its opaque black and green vertical water tanks are a cylinder with a domed top on a flat base. Snyder publishes dimensions and drawings but no inches-to-gallons chart.

Chem-Tainer Industries
Chem-Tainer makes polyethylene tanks for chemicals, water and oil. Its 2025 catalog prints the capacity and the size of each tank, but no part numbers and no gauge charts. All 167 Chem-Tainer cylindrical, rectangular and elliptical tank sizes.
Manchester Tank
Manchester Tank & Equipment builds ASME propane vessels for domestic use. Its sheet gives the outside diameter, overall length and head type for each size; the tanks are rated by water capacity, and propane is filled to no more than about 80 % of it.
